Onshore Landfall Site Manager Location: Happisburgh NR12 - South Denes Road, Great Yarmouth Duration: 01/04/2026 to 30/04/2027 Project: Norfolk Vanguard West and East OWF Type: Freelance, outside IR35 Role description: The Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will support the Offshore Site Manager (OSM) in the management of the site establishment and works co-ordination for the Onshore PC Zone 3 Site, at Happisburgh NR12, for the completion of HDD and the subsequent installation, jointing and testing of 2x 320kV offshore cables plus associated. Experience of the management of offshore wind farm construction, including an appreciation of the Principal Contractor duties under the CDM (2015) Regulations is required. The scope of works will be carried out at the Principal Contractor construction coordination base in Norfolk, and the Onshore PC Zone 3 Site, at Happisburgh NR12. Flexible working hours will be essential given the 24-hour offshore construction process, and it is expected that the Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will work with either a 10 on 4 off shift rotation or Monday to Friday with sufficient provisions for travel - yet to be defined. The Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will have the day-to-day responsibility for the coordination and management of works within the PC Zone 3 Site and related to the landfall installation of the offshore export cables. Reporting activity to line management and the wider project will be daily and weekly. There will be a requirement to attend and where relevant chair daily and weekly meetings attended by the GSM, OSM, Marine Coordinators, Permit Coordinators and all Contractors. WTG Installation Client Representative Offshore Germany - Nordsee Cluster A 23/05/2026 – 31/12/2026                 SCOPE OF WORKS The WTG Installation VESSEL REPRESENTATIVE shall be based aboard the NORSE WIND Installation Vessel, feeding back to the RWE LOG and WTG Package, and shall act as RWE’s primary point of contact for all activities undertaken from aboard the WTG installation vessel.   DELIVERABLES <ul><li>Represent the RWE WTG package on the installation vessel and act as the main point of contact for all RWE activities and requests, involving in particular the supervision and coordination of vessel operations, turbine installation works and RWE crew change logistics.</li><li>The representative shall witness operational activities where safe to do so, observe the Contractor’s performance, and represent the WTG package team in matters of HSE, quality, Contractors' procedures, and programme.</li><li>Attend regular meetings and conference calls on behalf of the WTG package when required.</li><li>Provide regular reporting towards the RWE WTG package team</li><li>Document and agree (with the representatives of the WTG OEM contractor and the Installation Vessel) the progress of the works on a daily basis in the form of a Daily Progress Report (DPR).
